Cocoplum Terraces, Marathon, FL is a quiet waterfront location, just a short walk to Cocoplum Beach.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom air conditioned beach vacation rental was just remodeled and professionally decorated with a new kitchen and baths. It is located on the second floor in a well maintained and landscaped condominium complex that offers a heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, boat ramp, fish cleaning station, covered parking and secure boat trailer storage. A large deep water boat slip on the widest canal in the Florida Keys is included with your accommodations. 

It is beautifully furnished throughout with the “Tommy Bahama” collection by Lexington. The living room has a flat screen television, DVD/CD player and stereo radio. Both bedrooms offer queen size beds, flat screen televisions and Bose stereos. The kitchen has granite countertops, all new appliances, dishwasher, microwave oven, convection oven, blender and juicer. The bathroom is completely redone with a jetted tub and granite countertop. The private balcony has a dining area, barbecue grill and a beautiful garden and canal view. There is a coin operated laundry in the building. 

 

We offer a smoke free environment for all of our guests. We would be happy to recommend a kennel for those guests traveling with pets. This home is not suitable for children. Weekly rentals are available all year at $1099 plus tax. Monthly rentals are available May through October at $2995 plus tax. A deposit of $500 is required to secure a reservation. If you must cancel, your deposit will not be returned unless the home is rented again for that time. If it is rented again you will be charged a $30.00 administrative fee to cover the cost of making the credit card charge/reversal and fax/phone expenses.
